1. Website Usage Agreement
”The Coimbatore Digest” is available, subject to the terms and conditions of use, as changed / updated from time to time entirely at the discretion of the site as set out below. This Agreement is for an indefinite period and you- the user understand and agree that you are bound by such terms and conditions.
2. Changes
” THE COIMBATORE DIGEST “(the site) reserves the exclusive right to add to or change/modify the terms of this Agreement including but not limited to suspend / cancel, or discontinue any or all channels, or service at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the site without prior notice.. You are deemed to have accepted such change/s if you access the Site subsequent to such changes.
3. Registration
When you register to use “The Coimbatore Digest”, you are registering as a personal user. Registration is done through your email address and password only.
Registration is done on the following conditions;
(i) The email address and password provided by you are to your exclusive use and shall not be used by any other.
(ii) You will not do or fail to do anything which would enable others who is not a registered user to gain access to the site in any manner whatsoever.
(iii) You undertake not to create additional registration accounts affecting or abusing the functionality of the site, or other users;

If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these requirements, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your access to the Site and without giving you any advance notice.
“The Coimbatore Digest” reserves the exclusive right to cancel your registration without assigning any reason and without any prior notice.

This Site reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees in respect of all or part aspect of this Site upon reasonable prior notice.

6. Termination of Registration
If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated. The agreement will terminate and your email address and password will become invalid immediately.
7. Limited Permission to Copy
You are permitted to print, download or transmit extracts from these pages for your personal non-commercial use only. Any copy of these pages saved to disk or to any other storage medium may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use. The Courts in Coimbatore only will have the exclusive jurisdiction to the exclusion of other courts regarding all matters concerning this agreement.
13. The user is deemed to have read/understood this agreement.
